The RAND data suggests that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k12dive.com\/news\/principal-teacher-turnover-exceeds-pre-pandemic\/643732\/\">principal turnover<\/a> is around 16% nationally, climbing nearly 13% percentage points through the pandemic.
